Bhosle Bungalow

The Bungalow is a residence on the foot hills of Panhala Fort, with Fortification walls on east side and valley on the west, its located in Sanjeevan school campus and covers an area of 2 acre, we worked on entire scheme from civil architectural corrections and modifications, to Interiors and landscape, the client wanted elements of Wada architecture of Maharashtra with a modern feel, we infused tropical Interiors theme along with Maharashtra Wada  characters, tribal art and  Balinese elements, giving it a very rustic feel, its 9000 sqft carpet with 4 bedrooms, a Gym and a infinity swimming pool facing the valley, the house was a dream project for the client and we successfully achieved what he was looking for, the theme that we followed for the bungalow was “ Living with the nature”, and it can be reflected in bio mimicry  adopted from the pristine natural surroundings.

Natural material like stone and wood, and cane are used in perfect blend to bring out the vocabulary of tropical architecture, which allows the bungalow to blend itself dramatically with the natural surroundings.
