A confluence happens when two people who are going their separate ways, come together like two rivers. GGAEC happened when Geetanjali Naik and Gautam Naik who had practiced separately for 14 years, joined hands. One, an expert in only residential projects, and the other who had never restricted himself to any style or genre. Having worked in varied fields of architecture, interiors, and art, our practice of so many years had resulted in us working with multiple international retail brands. To name a few, Porches’ first showroom in Mumbai was handled by our firm The Zone Projects, then there were other international brands like Gucci, Salvatore Faregamo, Diesel, and the Prada with Thanks Showroom. There were several hospitality projects like Myrah Spa and The Club Mumbai’s public places like their banquet, lobby, and cafeteria. We have worked on elite lounge and restaurant projects like Kiwa lounge and Garden Court at In-Orbit mall Vashi and Zouq lounge Pune. We have worked extensively on master planning projects, like a 2500 acre project at Coorg for Ness Wadia. We have worked with revered brands like Tata, where we entered into a competition with Tata technical Services for a mixed-use project of 250,000 Sqft of Manora MLA hostel at Mumbai. We competed for LIC building with Wadia Technical Engineering and were shortlisted in the top 3 for the project. We have so far done around 1 Million Sq ft of Residential Architecture design, and 10 Million Sq ft of mixed-use township and master planning projects with various builders and developers across various cities and with various domestic and international brands. Our firm has won many coveted national awards and our works in Architecture, Interior design and Art Installations have been published in International publications. We believe in the philosophy of delivering ‘Nothing but only the best’. Through our philosophy, we prefer to Be ‘Globally Local’.
